The Application Engineer 4 (DevOps) designs software tools, manages development, ensures quality, and promotes automation in security evaluation. Required to maintain compliance and support teams with infrastructure and deployment.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will automate deployment processes, manage infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure reliability and scalability.

Implement containerized application workflows, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infra teams to integrate services, participate in code reviews and testing, manage secrets and config maps, and standardize reusable deployment templates.

The Senior Systems Engineer leads systems design, integration, testing, and deployment of packet-based hardware and software systems while providing technical leadership and maintaining system reliability.

Classified cyber role performing digital network exploitation and advanced cybersecurity tasks including vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, systems/network administration, and systems engineering support. Requires extensive experience in computer/information systems design, development, or analysis and an active TS/SCI with agency polygraph.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of IT systems. Manage virtual, storage, server, network, and endpoint environments; perform capacity planning, incident escalation, and performance tuning. Communicate status to agency management and support database administration tasks as needed.

Perform advanced digital network exploitation and cyber operations for federal customers, including vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems and network administration, and related cyber engineering tasks. Work requires active TS/SCI with agency polygraph and extensive relevant experience in computer or information systems design, development, analysis, and security.

Manage and secure Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase databases; perform disaster recovery, performance tuning, index maintenance, data modeling, schema optimization, DB lifecycle activities, and coordinate architecture changes while implementing DB policies and tools.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain complex software systems, contribute to new development programs, and ensure software meets design requirements.

Perform cyber discovery and sustainment analysis of Advanced Persistent Threats using SIGINT/AMOD tradecraft. Analyze stored communications, passive sources, and raw network traffic; attribute, develop, and sustain data. Apply vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, and systems/network engineering to support federal customers under an active TS/SCI with poly requirement.

Design, build, and maintain automated test suites and a scalable automation framework for REST APIs and web UIs. Implement Python/Pytest automation, containerized execution (Docker/Podman), CI/CD integration (Jenkins/GitLab), Robot Framework/Selenium UI tests, SQL-based validations, and troubleshoot CI/test instability. Support government Test & Evaluation planning, documentation, data collection, analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders. Must hold appropriate security clearance and US citizenship.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems (analytics, algorithms, large datasets, real-time systems). Design, code, test, debug, and document software. Lead and oversee multiple development teams, coordinate with system and hardware engineers, select development processes, integrate COTS/GOTS, implement performance-critical algorithms, and ensure quality control across projects.

Develop and integrate component-based services and applications for mission solutions. Implement NLP and ML models (including LLMs), build RESTful APIs and ETL pipelines, work with cloud (AWS), SQL/Postgres, and support testing, debugging, and production monitoring across security boundaries.

Perform test and integration of products to verify compliance with requirements and design models. Develop and execute test plans, use automated testing tools, load applications and operating systems, build systems per drawings, and ensure accessibility (508) compliance.

Serve as Scrum Master and cross-functional coordinator for government software teams: run Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, track team metrics, drive process modernization and business process reengineering, document initiatives, ensure enterprise integration, compliance, and support team transitions.

Develop automated capabilities to replace manual security evaluation and authorization processes. Use Python to process and validate security data, detect anomalies for RMF lifecycle progress, identify system-resource associations, design and maintain ETL pipelines, transform data for reporting and automated assessments, and support data engineering operations including quality checks and pipeline monitoring.

Create, edit, and manage technical documentation (user guides, manuals, developer docs) for Enterprise IT systems supporting an Intelligence Community customer. Serve as process owner and primary government liaison, lead technical writing tasks and staff, translate functional requirements into specifications, and ensure documentation aligns with SDLC and RMF terminology.

Develop, modernize, and support web-based systems and services for a federal customer using Java and React. Implement CI/CD, automated tests, cloud (AWS) deployments, produce IT support documentation, manage Tier 1-3 support, and participate in full accreditation lifecycle while adhering to security and accessibility standards.

Design, implement, and manage software tools and subsystems with a focus on cloud workload security for federal customers. Develop guidance to ensure NIST SP 800-53 compliance, evaluate cloud services and security technologies, support migrations to AWS, and lead software development lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance. Mentor and review the work of other engineers.

Conduct R&D on AI/ML and machine translation for SIGINT and cybersecurity applications. Build research prototypes, evaluate and enhance MT tools and text-processing pipelines, and implement containerized solutions. Resolve complex AI technical problems and collaborate with senior technical staff.
