Lead and scale Wunder's Project Development function: manage complex solar projects and teams, remove delivery bottlenecks, improve processes and systems, collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and encode operational learnings to accelerate national project delivery.

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, triaging communications, and ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include anticipating needs, handling sensitive information, and promoting administrative excellence while providing exceptional customer support.

The Controller will oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, ensure accuracy, and improve processes for a renewable energy company's projects.

Perform in-house development engineering for commercial solar projects: create and review designs and production models, use Helioscope and AutoCAD, conduct site visits, manage subcontractor/EPC coordination, support interconnection and permitting, and help standardize processes for sub-megawatt commercial/industrial deployments.
