Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with product and business teams to automate solar development, valuation, and loan servicing workflows, and drive architectural and technical direction to support rapid company growth.

Build and maintain high-quality backend systems in Ruby on Rails (with Hotwire). The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, triaging communications, and ensuring smooth operations.
