Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails backend systems supporting solar development, value evaluation, and loan servicing. Lead and scale Wunder's Project Development function: manage complex solar projects and teams, remove delivery bottlenecks, improve processes and systems, collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and encode operational learnings to accelerate national project delivery.
