Builds relationships with residents, providers, and property staff; connects residents with community resources; develops individualized support plans; facilitates workshops, activities, and training; promotes housing stability, independence, and community engagement; documents outcomes and prepares reports. Requires local driving and occasional flexible evening or weekend availability.

Floating Community Manager assumes property management duties across WSH Management communities during staff absences, vacancies, acquisitions, or special needs. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, leasing, financial reporting, rent collection, budgeting, resident relations, affordable housing compliance, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, safety, emergency response, and resident retention. The role requires travel between properties, occasional on-call evenings and weekends, and strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant and Fair Housing requirements.
