Ensures affordable housing compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and related regulatory requirements. Audits move-in and recertification files, verifies resident eligibility documentation, prepares compliance reports and lease materials, reviews fair housing marketing plans, maintains compliance forms, and supports agency audits and corrective actions. The role also provides guidance to property staff, assists residents, maintains confidential records, and monitors compliance across assigned communities.

Provides administrative, customer service, and leasing support for a residential community. Responsibilities include greeting prospects and residents, qualifying leads, demonstrating apartments, closing leases, processing applications and deposits, preparing lease documents, maintaining compliance, responding to communications, and assisting with office operations and marketing activities.

Manages daily operations of a 57-unit affordable housing property, including leasing, move-ins and move-outs, tax credit certifications, recertifications, resident relations, rent collection, budgeting, reporting, compliance, maintenance coordination, vendor communications, and staff supervision. Ensures occupancy, property upkeep, accurate records, fair housing compliance, resident retention, safety, and adherence to landlord-tenant regulations. Provides emergency leadership and may be on call during evenings and weekends.
