Provide technical support to 700+ users through tickets, Slack, email, and in-person assistance. Diagnose Windows and macOS hardware and software issues, install and troubleshoot equipment, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain IT asset inventories and software licenses, administer user access and identity systems, support mobile device management, and maintain multimedia systems. The role also requires documenting interactions, following IT procedures, and delivering responsive employee service.

Leads complex, cross-domain initiatives across Product and R&D from planning through delivery. Manages dependencies, risks, priorities, timelines, capacity, scope, and external commitments while coordinating Product, R&D, QA, and Operations. Participates in roadmap and quarterly planning, helps define technical solutions, removes blockers, and communicates status to technical and executive stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.

Lead and manage all global legal and compliance functions, advising executives on commercial, M&A, contracts, AI/privacy, and regulatory risk. Oversee legal governance, statutory filings, policies, and a global legal team while supporting growth, partnerships, and cross-border operations.

Lead identification, design, and implementation of scalable generative-AI solutions. Evaluate models and tools, build prompts, RAG pipelines and AI agents, integrate workflows with systems, run projects from ideation to rollout, and guide organizational AI adoption.
