Manage global employee onboarding and offboarding, administer the office service ticketing system, oversee seating arrangements and seating software, manage office supplies and refreshments, supervise the housekeeper, maintain safety and security protocols, and support the broader Admin team. Lead business development efforts in media, manage relationships with broadcasters and digital platforms, negotiate contracts and identify market opportunities.

Lead and manage all global legal and compliance functions, advising executives on commercial, M&A, contracts, AI/privacy, and regulatory risk. Oversee legal governance, statutory filings, policies, and a global legal team while supporting growth, partnerships, and cross-border operations.

Manage daily operations of the New York office including facilities, vendor relationships, budgets, event logistics, onboarding support, and workplace experience. Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, coordinate maintenance and vendor services, track expenses and invoices, and partner with People and IT teams to improve office processes and employee engagement.

Lead identification, design, and implementation of scalable generative-AI solutions. Evaluate models and tools, build prompts, RAG pipelines and AI agents, integrate workflows with systems, run projects from ideation to rollout, and guide organizational AI adoption.
