Act as the technical subject-matter expert for customers, guiding integrations, running stream tests, validating data, troubleshooting via SQL and code review, and coordinating with Product and R&D to define technical solutions and support customer success teams.

Lead and scale the Platform engineering group, owning vision, execution, and technical excellence. Drive scalable, reliable infrastructure and distributed systems, collaborate with Product and R&D, mentor engineering leaders, ensure 24/7 production readiness, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Manage daily operations of the New York office including facilities, vendor relationships, budgets, event logistics, onboarding support, and workplace experience. Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, coordinate maintenance and vendor services, track expenses and invoices, and partner with People and IT teams to improve office processes and employee engagement.
