Manage global employee onboarding and offboarding, administer the office service ticketing system, oversee seating arrangements and seating software, manage office supplies and refreshments, supervise the housekeeper, maintain safety and security protocols, and support the broader Admin team. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, independence, service orientation, and fluent English.

Lead business development efforts in media, manage relationships with broadcasters and digital platforms, negotiate contracts and identify market opportunities.

Lead and manage all global legal and compliance functions, advising executives on commercial, M&A, contracts, AI/privacy, and regulatory risk. Oversee legal governance, statutory filings, policies, and a global legal team while supporting growth, partnerships, and cross-border operations.
