Build and operate resilient, highly available infrastructure for WRITER’s enterprise generative AI platform. Responsibilities include SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, reliability engineering, incident response, SLOs, observability, cost optimization, and root-cause analysis. The role owns systems end to end, leads infrastructure initiatives, improves on-call operations, and collaborates with product, security, and engineering teams in a hybrid London or New York environment.

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, automated test frameworks, and test plans for AI agents and LLM-powered applications. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, manage test data and mock services, investigate defects, monitor production AI performance, and conduct root cause analysis. Collaborate with product, machine learning, and data science teams while championing quality practices across engineering.

Build and lead application security for WRITER’s enterprise AI platform. Responsibilities include threat modeling AI architectures, designing secure systems, maintaining SAST and DAST in CI/CD, conducting code reviews and penetration tests, establishing secure coding standards, protecting data pipelines and model training environments, and researching emerging LLM and generative AI threats. The role partners closely with engineering and product teams to automate security controls and enable secure development from the London office.

Build and lead WRITER’s application security program for enterprise AI systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, SAST/DAST integration, security code reviews, secure coding standards, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and designing controls for AI agents, data pipelines, and model-training environments. The role partners closely with engineering teams, automates security processes, researches emerging LLM threats, and enables secure product development at scale.

Negotiate inbound and outbound commercial contracts, including SaaS licensing, strategic partnerships, data processing agreements, and supplier agreements. Develop contract templates, playbooks, and efficient sales contracting processes. Advise and train sales and go-to-market teams on legal matters, support enterprise deals, and improve legal operations using contract management and CLM tools.
