Design and rapidly ship focused 15–45-minute courses in sprints of three weeks or less. Own needs analysis, design, development, QA, publishing, and live or virtual delivery. Proactively identify emerging learning needs, triage requests, prioritize scope, and repurpose content across formats. Partner with product, marketing, customer-facing teams, subject matter experts, and learning designers to deliver timely AI, workflow, tool, and role-based training.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, engage enterprise customers, define requirements with engineering and design, and translate complex AI capabilities into valuable products. Own success metrics, align go-to-market and executive stakeholders, and mentor product managers. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency in LLMs and AI platforms, customer empathy, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Build secure, scalable AI integration platforms and backend services connecting enterprise systems, tools, and data sources. Design APIs, distributed systems, authentication and trust boundaries, MCP clients and servers, and agent orchestration workflows. Drive reliability through observability, SLOs, incident readiness, and performance optimization. Shape technical strategy, lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to deliver platform capabilities.
