Own customer activation and AI platform adoption across a portfolio. Develop use-case-based solutions, champion communities, training programs, workshops, dashboards, and office hours that connect platform usage to measurable business outcomes. Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, customize educational content, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve adoption strategies. This hybrid role requires strong customer success, technical communication, facilitation, and program management skills.

Own customer activation and platform success across an enterprise portfolio. Design and execute AI adoption strategies, build champion and power-user communities, deliver customized workshops and training, develop workflows and solutions tied to business outcomes, and advise stakeholders on scaling AI programs. Partner with transformation and curriculum teams, use adoption data to improve enablement, and build relationships with customer executives and internal trainers.

Own WRITER’s end-to-end email and lifecycle marketing program, including audience segmentation, personalized nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, experimentation, reporting, and optimization in HubSpot. Partner with demand generation, ABM, content, product marketing, and sales to support enterprise buying journeys and pipeline growth. Establish measurement frameworks linking lifecycle activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue, while exploring AI-driven personalization and audience strategy.
