The role also establishes process improvement standards, mentors teams, and drives stakeholder alignment through complex transformation efforts.

Leads security operations detection, threat hunting, incident response, SIEM modernization, automation, and SOC architecture across government and commercial environments. Designs MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detections, manages major incidents, governs telemetry and service providers, develops playbooks, validates controls through exercises, reports SOC metrics, supports audits, and mentors analysts. Requires extensive cybersecurity, incident response, detection engineering, cloud security, automation, and regulated-environment experience.

Build and maintain full-stack customer portal features, intelligent document processing workflows, RESTful services, and Azure cloud infrastructure. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, configure extraction and automation workflows, support CI/CD and monitoring, troubleshoot platform issues, and participate in Agile Scrum delivery. The role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and documentation of configurations and technical decisions.
