Leads the cyber threat management function, including incident response, threat detection, prevention, application security, vulnerability management, security automation, and analytics. Manages SOC personnel, establishes operational priorities, oversees response and recovery capabilities, coordinates remediation, and briefs cybersecurity leadership. The role partners across architecture, risk, technology, and business continuity teams to reduce enterprise cyber risk and mature detection and response practices.

Supports overpayment recovery operations through workload monitoring, employee mentoring, reporting, audits, regulatory interpretation, quality reviews, process documentation, and resolution of complex financial cases. Provides technical assistance, tests system changes, ensures privacy and compliance, and serves as backup for related reimbursement and payment recovery functions. The role requires Medicare recovery expertise, knowledge of HIGLAS and applicable regulations, strong communication, research, training, and audit skills.

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and controls mapped to NIST CSF; manage policy and compliance workflows in ServiceNow IRM; perform risk assessments and gap analyses; support audit readiness and vendor assessments; produce dashboards and reports; lead security awareness and AI governance training; mentor junior analysts; collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and business teams to drive remediation and policy adoption.
