Lead and scale a GTM analytics and growth strategy function to drive revenue growth. Build and mentor analytics and strategy teams, translate corporate goals into commercial playbooks, partner cross-functionally on commercialization and territory planning, own GTM data foundations and executive reporting, run predictive models and A/B tests, and present insights to senior leadership to optimize ARR/NRR, forecasting, and go-to-market performance.

Lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategy; own pay transparency and compliance; manage annual merit/promotion/equity cycles in Workday; design job architecture and geographic salary structures; advise business leaders and Talent Acquisition; support executive compensation and M&A integration; drive automation and AI-enabled compensation workflows.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend and platform services across cloud environments. Own service lifecycle from design through deployment, observability, troubleshooting, and production support. Drive decisions for data flow, asynchronous workflows, resiliency, and performance. Improve CI/CD, automation, testing, and engineering workflows while collaborating on architecture, ADRs/RFCs, and cross-team technical standards.

Designs and delivers sales enablement programs and coaching across sales, SE, and CS teams to drive behavioral change. Facilitates onboarding, analyzes conversation intelligence, builds effective content from briefs, partners with leaders, and continuously improves enablement to impact retention and quota attainment.

Lead product marketing for AI and emerging products across the full lifecycle: market research, positioning, pricing, launches, enablement, and growth. Drive GTM strategy, alignment with Product/Sales/CS, and build repeatable frameworks. Use customer insights and AI tools to inform roadmap, messaging, and commercial decisions while scaling adoption and go-to-market execution.

Build, deploy, and operate backend services for a large-scale cloud platform. Develop and integrate REST/gRPC APIs, work with relational databases, event-driven workflows, containers, CI/CD, and IaC. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, participate in design discussions, and take ownership of defined services while collaborating on broader architectural decisions.

Execute outbound prospecting to source net-new business: research accounts, engage technical and executive stakeholders, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, document seller handoffs, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement while using sales and AI tools to refine outreach and messaging.

Manage and grow a portfolio of agency/reseller clients by maintaining relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, building and closing pipeline to exceed quota, coordinating with solution engineering, delivering proposals and training, and accurately forecasting using Salesforce.

Manage and grow existing small-to-medium customer accounts through consultative cross-sell and up-sell efforts. Build pipeline, run demos, collaborate with customer success, sales engineering, and legal, maintain Salesforce hygiene, meet monthly revenue quotas, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
