Teams at WP Engine

Administer and optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, supporting configurations, integrations, permissions, troubleshooting, reporting, controls, and performance. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Order-to-Cash, and development teams on implementations and process improvements. Manage complex financial workflows including subscription billing, revenue recognition, and multi-system integrations while documenting requirements and delivering scalable solutions.

Lead data engineering for Finance by designing dbt dimensional models, building Python or Go ETL pipelines, and loading data into BigQuery on Google Cloud. Own data quality, reconciliation, observability, documentation, and production reliability. Lead multi-sprint initiatives, partner with Finance and BI stakeholders, review code, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted development tools responsibly. The role focuses on trusted financial reporting data, including billing, subscriptions, payments, revenue, and related metrics.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to Marketing and global corporate functions, advising executives on talent, organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance, development, and workforce planning. Champions employee experience and company culture while partnering with HR centers of excellence to strengthen people programs and organizational effectiveness.
