Manage and grow existing small-to-medium customer accounts through consultative cross-sell and up-sell efforts. Build pipeline, run demos, collaborate with customer success, sales engineering, and legal, maintain Salesforce hygiene, meet monthly revenue quotas, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Lead a team of three Financial Analysts to own global OpEx and COGS for core SaaS functions. Manage P&L, budgeting vs actuals, forecasting, SaaS KPI tracking, cloud cost optimization, and partner with department leaders to build headcount and program-spend models. Drive automation of financial models and reporting, mentor analysts, and evaluate GTM efficiency for sales, marketing, CX, and CS.
