Lead cross-functional innovation programs from discovery through Stage Gate launch, align stakeholders and resources, reduce uncertainty via rapid experimentation, coach teams, and track KPIs to deliver commercially successful product platforms.

Lead and supervise a bilingual production team on first shift to meet safety, quality, and output targets. Plan and assign tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with maintenance/quality/logistics, train staff, maintain production records, and drive continuous improvement while minimizing scrap and ensuring schedules are met.

The Project Engineer supports complex projects in equipment design, implementation, and troubleshooting for optimal production. Responsibilities include project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring cost-effective and timely project delivery.

Support the Containment (Data Center) sales segment by managing incoming inquiries, tracking and documenting projects in Salesforce, coordinating quote lifecycle with internal teams, maintaining customer documentation, providing quote status updates, generating performance reports, and driving process improvements to improve response times and customer satisfaction.

Develop custom containment system designs and 3D models, produce quote and fabrication drawings, support sales with technical design, ensure manufacturability, maintain drawing standards, and improve workflows using CAD and AI/automation tools.

Assist Design Engineer with lab testing, CAD modeling, 2D drawings, 3D printing, and test report writing. Interface with internal and external team members, manage time to meet deadlines, and gain exposure to design, manufacturing, and commercialization processes. Must be available Summer 2026 and through the 2026/2027 academic year.

Support internal audit team by performing control testing, documentation review, data analysis, walkthroughs with process owners, preparing audit workpapers and reports, developing risk assessments, researching regulations, and monitoring remediation efforts.

The Safety Engineering Intern will assist with hazardous energy training, review energy sources, create documentation, and develop training materials.

Develop and maintain SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings; create configurable parametric models; build DriveWorks configurators and rules; validate drawings, BOMs, and engineering outputs; support engineering changes and new product introductions; collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, IT, and Engineering; maintain engineering data, documentation, and design standards.

Provide legal and administrative support across corporate governance, entity management, commercial contracts, compliance, litigation, and legal operations. Maintain corporate records and minute books; draft and track routine agreements; support regulatory and SEC-related filings; coordinate outside counsel and litigation holds; manage legal technology, CLM and entity management systems; process invoices and legal budgets; and collaborate cross-functionally on M&A, financing, and strategic projects.

Assemble and pack finished goods: form, staple, label cartons, operate packout machine, perform quality checks, troubleshoot malfunctions, maintain clean and safe work areas, operate overhead bridge crane (training provided), follow lock-out/PPE procedures, and support production line needs during assigned shifts.

Support and improve non-residential production by managing product kitting, material readiness, WIP and rework, and work cell alignment. Partner with Commercial and Planning to assess orders, develop schedules, and communicate priorities. Implement visual controls, standard work, and continuous improvement to optimize safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance.

Support and improve shop-floor manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Lead continuous improvement and root-cause analysis activities, develop standard work and documentation, train employees, track KPIs, and support equipment and workflow improvement projects. Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership to remove barriers and sustain operational excellence.

Manage facility EHS systems and compliance (OSHA, EPA); implement ISO 14001 and safety processes; conduct training, risk assessments (SFMEA/JSA), incident investigations, vendor management, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise web and mobile applications and integrations. Develop RESTful APIs, cloud integrations, and use AI-assisted tools. Participate across the SDLC, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Perform assembly operations to produce LPG cylinders: prepare workstations, follow SOPs and safety rules, operate and monitor equipment, load/unload conveyors, count/package products, maintain records, report issues, and keep work area clean using 6S.

Provide post-launch technical support for mechanical products, manage configuration control and engineering/artwork changes, support product performance improvements and cost reduction, advise NPD teams on regulatory and certification requirements, drive APQP/PPAP activities, and collaborate with engineering, sales, suppliers, and customers to improve product quality.

Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and plant leadership: manage calendars and meetings, prepare and distribute reports and communications, coordinate events and purchasing, staff the front desk, handle mail and calls, track action items, and support general plant office operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Assemble, handle, and package small portable cylinders; set up and operate basic production machines; move, weigh, band, and stage materials; perform quality checks, housekeeping, and miscellaneous plant tasks to ensure safe, efficient production on assigned shifts.

Provide on-site HR support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation: employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll review, recruiting, training coordination, safety and leave processes, and visible floor presence across all shifts including regular overnight coverage.
