Leads the Refurbishment business with full P&L accountability, strategic planning, pricing, procurement, inventory, operations, fleet logistics, and growth responsibility. Builds high-performing teams, drives product innovation and continuous improvement, manages multi-site performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and strengthens customer relationships. Frequent North American travel and preferred relocation to Columbus, Ohio are required.

Participate in an eight-week, project-based summer internship at Worthington Enterprises. Interns will lead or support business projects involving process improvement, tool and playbook development, innovation, and transformation. They will present recommendations to leadership, complete professional development training, and participate in community service. Opportunities may span communications, design, engineering, finance, HR, IT, marketing, operations, purchasing, sales, supply chain, and other corporate functions.

Supports Bernzomatic brand growth through market research, competitive and product audits, sales and market data analysis, new product development research, campaign launches, and selling story creation. The intern manages project timelines and approvals while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, writing, research, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability for 40 hours per week during summer.
