Supports production of custom aluminum extrusions by setting up equipment, cutting and joining materials, measuring components, performing tooling changeovers, troubleshooting machinery, inspecting products, and completing surface touch-ups, cleaning, bagging, boxing, and pallet preparation. Follows blueprints, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout procedures while participating in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, communication, and housekeeping activities.

Leads all aspects of a 24/5 manufacturing facility, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, scheduling, inventory, safety, continuous improvement, and financial performance. Builds and develops leadership teams, manages operating budgets and capital projects, ensures regulatory compliance, improves productivity and quality, and drives operational excellence. Partners with Human Resources to support hiring, employee development, engagement, and succession planning.

Analyze market compensation data, maintain pay structures and HRIS classifications, support compensation decisions, prepare offer letters, oversee merit processes, and advise managers. The role also evaluates executive compensation, manages survey data, supports pay policies, and collaborates with HRIS and Finance to improve reporting and analytical tools.
