Owns strategic B2B accounts for ASME Engineered Products, driving sales, margin, market share, forecasting, profitability, and growth. Leads account planning, commercial strategy, pricing, negotiations, contracts, customer business reviews, and executive relationships. Coordinates Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Customer Service resources to deliver customer solutions and resolve issues. Supports sales representatives and channel partners while translating customer needs and market intelligence into actionable growth plans. Requires technical understanding of engineered products and significant national travel.

Provide legal and administrative support across corporate governance, entity management, commercial contracts, compliance, litigation, and legal operations. Maintain corporate records and minute books; draft and track routine agreements; support regulatory and SEC-related filings; coordinate outside counsel and litigation holds; manage legal technology, CLM and entity management systems; process invoices and legal budgets; and collaborate cross-functionally on M&A, financing, and strategic projects.

Leads requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, support, and optimization of JD Edwards Finance applications. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, developers, architects, and vendors to improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and system performance. Provides troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, user training, and continuous improvement while ensuring SOX and segregation-of-duties compliance.
