Serve as the technical partner across pre-sales and post-sales, leading discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, implementation planning, onboarding, integrations, training, and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical issues, capture feedback, support expansion, and improve customer outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs using KYB, KYC, AML, fraud, and identity verification solutions.

Own onboarding, implementation, renewals, expansion, and long-term success for enterprise financial institution clients using Worth’s AI underwriting and decisioning platform. Build executive relationships, lead trainings, QBRs, steering committees, and client syncs; resolve workflow, integration, and AI performance issues; monitor success metrics; maintain CRM and ticketing data; gather product feedback; and identify account growth and process improvement opportunities.

Lead platform and developer experience initiatives that improve engineering velocity, reliability, and system performance. Build reusable Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and React.js patterns; optimize PostgreSQL and Kafka systems; manage Kubernetes and ArgoCD deployments; modernize legacy code; improve CI/CD and observability; and mentor engineers. Translate ambiguous technical challenges into roadmaps, lead cross-team architecture work, and strengthen engineering practices through coaching, documentation, and workshops.
