Serve as the technical partner across pre-sales and post-sales, leading discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, implementation planning, onboarding, integrations, training, and documentation. Build and operate reliable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD automation. Improve platform security, observability, scalability, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency while reducing manual operational toil. Lead incident response, modernize legacy infrastructure, improve DORA metrics, and partner with engineering teams to deliver resilient systems. The role also involves documenting platform practices, introducing tooling, and driving adoption across teams.

Own the design, implementation, operation, and improvement of third-party integrations, public APIs, SDKs, and internal connectors. Build resilient event-driven workflows using Kafka and Redis, optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries, operate Kubernetes services, manage production incidents, and lead refactoring efforts. Provide technical leadership through system design, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional communication while ensuring reliable, versioned, high-performance integration systems.

Own vulnerability management across endpoints, servers, and cloud infrastructure; harden AWS environments; improve identity management; support application security scanning, secure code reviews, and threat modeling. Triage security tickets and incidents within SLAs, track remediation, implement security controls, support audits, and lead cross-functional security initiatives with engineering, IT, and compliance.

Designs and operates a scalable data platform supporting entity resolution, knowledge graphs, real-time risk assessment, APIs, batch and streaming pipelines, and trustworthy governed datasets. The role requires graph database expertise, data services engineering, cloud-native AWS development, observability, CI/CD, and platform reliability. It collaborates with data science, analytics, product, and engineering teams to deliver self-service data capabilities with clear SLAs and versioned APIs. Remote employees must travel to Orlando at least twice annually.

Generates and qualifies new business opportunities through research, cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Conducts needs analysis, communicates product value, schedules qualified meetings and demos, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales and marketing. The role also requires staying informed about AI, industry trends, and competitors while meeting lead-generation and sales targets.

Own enterprise new-logo acquisition and expansion while personally closing strategic B2B SaaS deals and carrying an individual quota. Hire, coach, and develop Enterprise AEs and SDRs; manage forecasting, pipeline generation, deal reviews, sales methodology, and operating metrics. Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance on enterprise sales execution. Sell to financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, lenders, and other regulated businesses.
