Define data models for relational and NoSQL databases, optimize performance via profiling and telemetry, implement security and scalability best practices, write testable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across teams to evolve architecture and operations.

Manage a book of named SaaS accounts to drive revenue and engagement through renewals, upsells, and forecasting. Serve as primary client contact, build deeper relationships, collaborate with Product and Partnerships, and help develop scalable account management processes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for regulatory-facing product tools (PIC, MSI, PEF, DPP). Drive market and competitive intelligence, customer discovery, and regulatory tracking. Scope data partnerships, translate regulatory changes into product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sustainability, Product Design, and GTM to execute and support commercial conversations.
