The role also requires parity validation, CI/CD deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with client engineering teams.

Leads Microsoft 365 adoption, technology enablement, digital transformation, automation, governance, and business process improvement for a 250–350-person organization. Develops IT strategy and roadmaps, manages projects, budgets, licensing, assets, integrations, and data integrity. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams, drives user training and adoption, evaluates emerging technologies, and identifies efficiency, security, and cost-saving opportunities.
