Leads Microsoft 365 adoption, technology enablement, digital transformation, automation, governance, and business process improvement for a 250–350-person organization. Develops IT strategy and roadmaps, manages projects, budgets, licensing, assets, integrations, and data integrity. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams, drives user training and adoption, evaluates emerging technologies, and identifies efficiency, security, and cost-saving opportunities.

Lead global sales marketing and brand strategy initiatives, including email and account-based marketing campaigns, content development, social media, website updates, market research, competitor analysis, and sales collateral. Maintain brand consistency across WorldLink entities, strengthen market positioning, support product launches, and analyze customer and website insights. Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and communicate the company’s value proposition.
