Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Databricks solutions, including Lakehouse, governance, analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML workloads. Assess customer environments, design scalable architectures, create technical proposals and roadmaps, conduct demonstrations, and support pre-sales activities. Build and mentor technical teams, guide delivery through production, establish governance standards, optimize performance and costs, and enable customers. The role requires extensive Databricks and enterprise data platform experience, strong consulting and communication skills, and technical leadership across complex engagements.

Design, develop, and operate enterprise-scale Databricks batch and streaming data platforms. Responsibilities include migrating and reverse engineering AWS pipelines, building Medallion Architecture layers, implementing Auto Loader, Lakeflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Spark, and Structured Streaming solutions, and optimizing performance, quality, governance, and reliability. The role also requires parity validation, CI/CD deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with client engineering teams.

Leads Microsoft 365 adoption, technology enablement, digital transformation, automation, governance, and business process improvement for a 250–350-person organization. Develops IT strategy and roadmaps, manages projects, budgets, licensing, assets, integrations, and data integrity. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams, drives user training and adoption, evaluates emerging technologies, and identifies efficiency, security, and cost-saving opportunities.
