Serve as primary contact for VIP passengers, flight crews and operators at an FBO. Coordinate aircraft services, third-party providers, airport authorities and customer requests. Prepare quotations, operational records, invoices, reports and shift handovers. Monitor facility presentation and support ramp, operational and administrative activities while maintaining safety, security, compliance and high-quality customer service.

Support commercial management of global cruise accounts by coordinating Sales, Trading, Operations and Finance. Build dashboards and analyze performance, manage RFPs and contracts, validate pricing and invoices, track claims, prepare QBR data, and drive process improvements to support commercial strategy and account delivery.

Partner with Technology, Internal Audit, and external stakeholders to design, implement, and validate IT controls (ITGCs, automated controls). Lead SOX remediation, define action plans, track resolutions, and provide risk-focused advisory on system implementations and process changes to improve control maturity.
