Coordinate international business aviation missions from planning through completion. Arrange permits, airport slots, ground handling, accommodations, transportation, customs requirements, and flight monitoring. Provide customer support, maintain trip records and cost estimates, perform quality reviews, resolve operational issues, and support 24/7 rotating coverage. Collaborate with flight planning, weather, fuel, permits, and support teams while identifying process improvements and promoting trip support services.

Supports commercial and supply operations across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean by coordinating fuel nominations, monitoring supply, managing purchase agreements, processing invoices and purchase orders, preparing reports, maintaining records, coordinating regulatory filings and renewals, supporting audits, and improving operational processes.

Leads internal communications strategy and governance while managing and improving the company SharePoint intranet and digital workplace experience. Develops communication calendars, channel strategies, publishing standards, employee content, visual materials, and stakeholder guidance. Partners with cross-functional teams to simplify complex information, maintain accurate and engaging content, monitor communication effectiveness, and improve employee engagement through Microsoft 365 and other digital channels.
