Lead localization and delivery of Forum content and programming in China across health, finance, and consumption systems. Build stakeholder networks, curate China-origin insights, design and run events and dialogues, connect regional activities to global Forum priorities, and drive cross-system integration (AI, digital transformation, sustainability). Ensure operational excellence, coordinate with global teams, and contribute to Beijing office strategy.

Leads global quantum technology and technology convergence initiatives, managing cross-functional workstreams, communities, project fellows, stakeholders, digital platforms, workshops, and thought leadership. Builds relationships across industry, government, academia, startups, and civil society; coordinates AI and frontier technology synergies; develops reports and policy content; analyzes technology and regulatory trends; and advances global collaboration, adoption, and policy action.

Leads the World Economic Forum’s Japan business strategy, partner acquisition, retention, and team performance. Builds trusted relationships with CEOs and senior executives, develops consultative business opportunities, coordinates cross-functional partner engagement, and oversees strategic planning, budgets, KPIs, and portfolio performance. The role requires deep knowledge of Japan’s industrial and macroeconomic landscape, strong Japanese and English communication skills, and travel of up to 40%.

Support CRTG China team with 70% stakeholder engagement and 30% administrative tasks including stakeholder mapping, bilingual translation, policy research, data analysis, logistics coordination for government officials, drafting briefing materials, and event support for Forum initiatives and meetings.

Lead and scale the Centre for Cybersecurity's cyber resilience initiatives across critical infrastructure sectors. Lead Japan partner engagement and development by building C-suite relationships, retaining and deepening partner engagement, and developing new partner pipelines. Coordinate with Partner Success and internal Forum teams, document interactions in Salesforce, monitor partner health, manage local business team members, and travel to engage partners and stakeholders.

The Government Engagement Lead will enhance relationships with Japan's public sector, manage public-private partnerships, and drive strategic initiatives for impactful community engagement.
