The role requires deep knowledge of Japan’s industrial and macroeconomic landscape, strong Japanese and English communication skills, and travel of up to 40%.

Support the SmartStart USA pilot and North America engagement by coordinating stakeholders, mapping funding opportunities, contributing to a student/teacher portal, planning events, and producing briefing and communications materials to advance workforce development and manufacturing partnerships.

The Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist drives the adoption of AI and digital products, streamlines workflows through automation, and manages an AI champion community.
