Teams at World Economic Forum

Lead localization and delivery of Forum content and programming in China across health, finance, and consumption systems. Build stakeholder networks, curate China-origin insights, design and run events and dialogues, connect regional activities to global Forum priorities, and drive cross-system integration (AI, digital transformation, sustainability). Ensure operational excellence, coordinate with global teams, and contribute to Beijing office strategy.

Support North America and Latin America teams with event management, stakeholder outreach, research and mapping on regional issues, assist preparations for meetings and community launches, and perform administrative tasks.

Serve as primary communications advisor to a portfolio of Centres and event teams; lead annual and quarterly integrated communications planning; design and evaluate cross-cutting campaigns; maintain the institutional communications calendar; coordinate delivery across media, digital, public engagement and stakeholder teams; guide editorial and brand application; lead the Annual Report development; deliver workshops and strengthen communications capabilities.
