Develop new B2B business for commercial furniture and workplace solutions by prospecting target organizations, building executive relationships, managing sales pipelines, conducting discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities. The role owns the sales process through implementation handoff and long-term account growth, using Salesforce and Microsoft 365 while collaborating with design, project management, operations, customer service, and manufacturers.

Create and execute content strategies across social, web, email, and social media. Produce photo/video assets, write case studies, blog posts, and sales materials. Maintain brand voice, manage editorial calendars, support events, and collaborate with marketing and business development to drive engagement and lead generation.
