Teams at Workplace Resource

The Senior Designer develops interior design solutions for workplace projects, including space plans, finish palettes, furniture specifications, and installation drawings. They collaborate with sales teams, clients, vendors, and A+D partners; conduct field measurements and product research; lead design presentations; ensure code compliance and quality; manage multiple projects and deadlines; and mentor team members. The role requires expertise in Herman Miller and Knoll systems, ancillary products, and workplace design software.

Coordinates office furniture projects from quoting and ordering through installation and invoicing. Processes quotes, sales orders, invoices, and WIP storage; verifies pricing, product receipts, milestones, and customer signoffs. Communicates with internal teams, dealers, warehouses, and customers; tracks orders, schedules service work, prepares reports, updates forecasts, resolves issues, and supports project estimating and customer service activities.

Create and execute content strategies across social, web, email, and social media. Produce photo/video assets, write case studies, blog posts, and sales materials. Maintain brand voice, manage editorial calendars, support events, and collaborate with marketing and business development to drive engagement and lead generation.
