Coordinates office furniture projects from quoting and ordering through installation and invoicing. Processes quotes, sales orders, invoices, and WIP storage; verifies pricing, product receipts, milestones, and customer signoffs. Communicates with internal teams, dealers, warehouses, and customers; tracks orders, schedules service work, prepares reports, updates forecasts, resolves issues, and supports project estimating and customer service activities.

The Senior Designer collaborates with sales, develops design solutions, meets compliance standards, manages multiple projects, and mentors team members. Strong knowledge of design principles and product lines is essential.

Create and execute content strategies across social, web, email, and social media. Produce photo/video assets, write case studies, blog posts, and sales materials. Maintain brand voice, manage editorial calendars, support events, and collaborate with marketing and business development to drive engagement and lead generation.
