Coordinates, develops, implements, and evaluates programs for adults 55+ at The Landing. Builds partnerships, manages scheduling, supplies, costs, provider payments, promotional materials, and program data. Engages members, gathers feedback, evaluates participation and outcomes, and supports an inclusive YMCA experience. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, relationship-building, and basic computer skills.

Perform accounts payable, payroll processing, bank deposit reconciliation, journal entries, allocations, month-end close support, sales tax and 1099/1096 preparation, audit support, vendor management, reporting, and assist VP Finance and HR with budgeting and onboarding.
