Greet and check in pool patrons, maintain attendance and cash records, keep lobby orderly, ensure building security, provide customer service, assist the Director, and comply with staff expectations and mandatory meetings.

Perform accounts payable, payroll processing, bank deposit reconciliation, journal entries, allocations, month-end close support, sales tax and 1099/1096 preparation, audit support, vendor management, reporting, and assist VP Finance and HR with budgeting and onboarding.
