Partners with dealership leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, investigations, coaching, workforce and succession planning, organizational development, policy interpretation, engagement, retention, training, and employment-law compliance. Serves as a trusted HR advisor while supporting a positive employee experience across assigned locations.

Recruiter will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants and leaders, present offers, track hiring activity in an ATS, support onboarding and internal mobility, and participate in career fairs, networking, and school recruiting initiatives.

Creates and manages digital and print designs across websites, social media, advertising, email, and marketing campaigns. Combines graphic design, web development, SEO, and user experience expertise to strengthen brand consistency, improve digital performance, and increase customer engagement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through completion. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of professional design experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful background and drug screenings.
