Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience and transferable skills

Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across our dealership network to attract, identify, and hire top talent while creating a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Post and promote open positions across recruiting platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Screen applicants and identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Present offers, monitor pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities
• Maintain candidate activity and hiring records within the ATS
• Support internal promotions and transfers
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and school recruiting initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, admissions, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Acceptable post-offer background check and drug screening
