Part-time HR intern supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, and HR administration for ~125 employees and seasonal staff. Duties include posting jobs, preparing offers, assisting orientations and trainings, supporting benefits/Open Enrollment, intranet updates, HR research, and general administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain Raiser's Edge NXT CRM and related systems; ensure data accuracy and hygiene; build reports and dashboards; automate processes; train staff; coordinate integrations with Finance and other departments; provide monthly reconciliations and support audit reporting.

Support the Internships & Community Programs team by planning and coordinating internship/apprenticeship events, promoting Children's Theatre-in-the-Woods and related programs, researching prospective artists, and assisting with program implementation and marketing.
