Teams at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts

Administers the Raiser's Edge NXT donor database, ensuring data integrity, security, maintenance, reporting, integrations, and process improvement. Builds dashboards, reports, queries, and fundraising insights; trains staff; manages Blackbaud vendor support; coordinates system upgrades and integrations; and supports Finance with reconciliations, audits, and Form 990 reporting. The role also documents procedures, develops automation, and manages database requirements across departments.

Supports Human Resources operations for employees and seasonal staff, including recruiting requisitions, job postings, offer letters, onboarding, background checks, orientations, training, benefits administration, intranet updates, HR research, program development, and administrative tasks. The role requires confidentiality, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Supports Wolf Trap’s education and community programs by helping plan internships, apprenticeships, teacher grants, field trips, and children’s theater programs. Coordinates related events, contributes to marketing and promotion, researches prospective artists, and assists with administrative tasks. The role requires strong computer, writing, communication, organizational, multitasking, customer service, creativity, and initiative skills.
