Teams at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts

Supports Human Resources operations for employees and seasonal staff, including recruiting requisitions, job postings, offer letters, onboarding, background checks, orientations, training, benefits administration, intranet updates, HR research, program development, and administrative tasks. The role requires confidentiality, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Supports Wolf Trap’s education and community programs by helping plan internships, apprenticeships, teacher grants, field trips, and children’s theater programs. Coordinates related events, contributes to marketing and promotion, researches prospective artists, and assists with administrative tasks. The role requires strong computer, writing, communication, organizational, multitasking, customer service, creativity, and initiative skills.

Supports ticket operations for upcoming performances by providing ticket information, assisting patrons and donors, reconciling finances, preparing reports, learning the ProVenue ticketing system, and proofing performance audits, presales, and VIP package materials.
