Set up, program, edit, and operate complex CNC machines to manufacture precision metal parts. Perform full machining processes, estimate runtimes, select tools/inserts to reduce scrap, and contribute to product design and improved manufacturing methods. No supervisory duties.

Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce precision aerospace/turbomachinery fasteners. Interpret prints, install and align dies, perform inspections with gages and comparators, adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot thread conditions, complete production/quality documentation, and work with Engineering/Quality on trials and problem solving.

On-site representative supporting a specific supply chain customer: maintain ERP data accuracy, assist supply chain manager/engineer, pull parts, cross-reference descriptions, enter orders, expedite with vendors, report cost savings, attend production and engineering meetings, and support the quote-to-delivery process.

Program, set up, and operate GT SCHMIDT dot-peen marking and KUKA robotic systems to permanently mark parts per work orders and drawings. Verify parts, inspect markings, maintain records, perform basic maintenance, handle materials (including forklift operation), and follow safety and quality procedures.
