Recruitment internship for fresh graduates and postgraduates. Trainees learn the full recruiting process, from understanding requirements through onboarding, with primary responsibilities in candidate sourcing and screening for Indian and selected US roles. The position is remote, offers flexible scheduling and training, and pays per successful placement, with additional monthly compensation information provided.

Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for Azure-based data solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to design data storage, processing, and analytics. Manage cross-functional projects, ensure compliance and security, document specifications and processes, and mentor junior team members.

Develop Java backend applications using Spring Boot, microservices, MVC, Hibernate, and SOAP/REST APIs. Work with at least two of Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, SolrCloud, and Cassandra DB. Lead SAP migrations and conversions to cloud platforms and support RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Administer SAP BTP connectivity and services, Cloud ALM, and Solution Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure security, compliance, system availability, and successful migration project delivery.

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform components. Build scripts, workflows, integrations, and maintain clean, efficient code. Use ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub. Collaborate with teams under tight deadlines, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.

Administers and supports SAP systems, with a focus on S/4HANA and HANA databases. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery, user administration, security controls, database migrations, high availability, troubleshooting, upgrades, system refreshes, documentation, and project execution.

Analyze and integrate Salesforce data across CPQ and billing projects. Support enterprise-grade CPQ design and implementation across regions and billing systems, perform data gap analysis, manipulation, standardization, and large-dataset comparisons. Apply knowledge of subscriptions, order orchestration, activation, revenue recognition, invoicing, taxation, payments, general ledger processes, and the Salesforce CPQ data model.

Design, build, and optimize scalable GCP data pipelines for massive eCommerce clickstream datasets. Develop Airflow workflows, use BigQuery for storage and transformation, integrate Google Analytics exports, and implement monitoring, validation, automation, and data quality controls. Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams while documenting best practices and optimizing performance, cost, and scalability across datasets exceeding 100 billion rows.

Develop and deploy Java-based full-stack applications and microservices using Spring Boot. Design optimized MSSQL schemas and queries, leverage Azure services, and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices. Apply data structures, algorithms, and design patterns while collaborating effectively and solving complex technical problems. Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud, serverless architectures, RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and Kafka.

Design, build, and operate large-scale ETL pipelines and data products on platforms like Snowflake and BigQuery. Ensure pipeline SLAs, reliability, anomaly detection, and data quality. Partner with analytics, product, CRM, and marketing teams, document solutions, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot pipeline failures.

Develops custom Jira applications, integrations, and scalable solutions using Forge, React, or JavaScript. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and Jira adoption, troubleshoots complex technical issues, supports stakeholders, and stays current with Atlassian ecosystem developments.

Develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Responsibilities include writing optimized queries and stored procedures, designing relational databases, deploying cloud applications, debugging, using Git, and collaborating in Agile teams. Preferred experience includes Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, REST APIs, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.

Provision and configure Azure infrastructure, including data, application services, Kubernetes, AI/ML, and Databricks components. Develop Terraform scripts and ARM templates, deploy code and infrastructure through GitHub and Azure DevOps, manage APIs using Kong, and troubleshoot Azure platform issues. Maintain expertise in Databricks internals and Unity Catalog, with Snowflake provisioning as a preferred skill.

Develop, model, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources; perform data wrangling and transformations; write and manage complex SQL/Teradata queries; translate business requirements into technical deliverables; communicate with clients and deliver client-ready insights with minimal supervision.

Provide hands-on Azure platform engineering: provision/configure Azure services (Data, App Services, AKS, AI/ML), develop Terraform and ARM templates, manage CI/CD with GitHub/Azure DevOps, operate Azure Databricks/Unity Catalog, register APIs with Kong, troubleshoot platform issues. Requires strong C/C++ and Stratus VOS/Unix skills; Snowflake and payment-card domain knowledge are nice-to-have.

Design, develop and optimize ETL pipelines and SQL code using SSIS, T-SQL, Teradata and Denodo. Perform data profiling, source-target mapping, SQL tuning, testing and implementation. Support rollouts, fixes and enhancements, and improve data-loading programs and services. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users.

Manage complex tax engagements for real estate partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals; review and sign tax returns; provide strategic tax planning and ensure federal, state, and local compliance. Mentor and train junior staff, build client relationships, and support business development initiatives.
