Improve mechanical designs for cost and manufacturing, design components and production tooling, and resolve supplier, assembly, manufacturing, and quality issues. The role supports new product introduction, production-line ramp-up, validation, and mass-production optimization while coordinating with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and international product-development teams. Frequent travel within China and occasional travel to France are expected.

Support EU brand marketing and communications initiatives across France, Germany, and the UK. Responsibilities include influencer and ambassador campaign operations, event logistics, press sample distribution, reporter support, internal communications, market benchmarking, briefing deck preparation, and product experiences. The role collaborates cross-functionally with PR, advertising, partnerships, sales, content, CRM, and product marketing teams.
