Support EU brand marketing and communications initiatives across France, Germany, and the UK. Responsibilities include influencer and ambassador campaign operations, event logistics, press sample distribution, reporter support, internal communications, market benchmarking, briefing deck preparation, and product experiences. The role collaborates cross-functionally with PR, advertising, partnerships, sales, content, CRM, and product marketing teams.

Supports accounts payable and chargeback processing, including high-volume accounting data entry, invoice and vendor reconciliations, payment processing, month-end close activities, documentation, and audit support. The associate collaborates with the finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Own full sales cycle for SUDOSCAN across the East Coast: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close with physicians, KOLs, and hospital procurement. Build pipelines, contribute to forecasting and territory planning, and surface field intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy.

Serve as primary B2B support contact for WHS devices and partners, manage escalations and SLAs, document and create SOPs in English and French, lead onboarding and cross-team projects, analyze KPIs to improve operations, and maintain frontline knowledge and Help Center resources.
