Oversees partners and consultants, supports legal assessments and bench book development, coordinates government and regional partnerships, monitors data, prepares technical reports, and advances convictions for trafficking involving forced criminality in online scam operations.

Supports daily project administration, including office supplies and inventory, procurement and grant documentation, meeting and workshop logistics, travel arrangements, expense claims, petty cash, document filing, basic financial reviews, and compliance with organizational, USDA, USG, and local requirements.

Leads implementation of the project’s agricultural trade facilitation activity in Bangladesh. Provides technical direction on trade and SPS legal and regulatory reform, process simplification, automation, digital trade systems, laboratory strengthening, and WTO commitments. Supervises multidisciplinary technical staff and coordinates with government agencies, private-sector stakeholders, consultants, and development partners. Manages work plans, budgets, performance tracking, reporting, and institutional reforms while ensuring alignment with USDA requirements and project objectives.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, payroll, bank reconciliations, budgeting, internal controls, compliance with donor and local regulations, audit support, financial recordkeeping, and coordination with government offices. The role also maintains QuickBooks records, manages benefits and statutory payments, supports financial analysis, and assists other Thailand-based projects.

Directs finance, administration, procurement, human resources, compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, sub-award monitoring, compensation, and project operations for the USDA MILK program in Bangkok. Oversees internal controls, regulatory adherence, audits, banking, recruitment, staff development, benefits administration, and supervision of an Accountant and HR/Office Assistant.

Manages the USDA Advancing Markets for Producers project, overseeing implementation, deliverables, budgets, reporting, compliance, monitoring, partner relationships, and staff coordination. The role supports conservation-grown rice production and marketing, collaborates with USDA and agricultural partners, contributes to outreach and business development, and may supervise staff. Requires strong project management, agriculture-sector knowledge, federal award experience, and domestic travel to field sites.

Administers grants, subawards, and procurement processes for a donor-funded international development project. Responsibilities include solicitation preparation, applicant and vendor coordination, due diligence, risk assessment, award documentation, grantee capacity strengthening, compliance reviews, procurement tracking, audit-ready recordkeeping, reporting, and corrective-action follow-up. The role coordinates with project teams, home-office staff, grantees, vendors, and other partners while ensuring transparent, competitive, and compliant processes under USDOL and organizational requirements.

Directs project finance, accounting, grants management, HR administration, procurement, and office operations for a donor-funded Bangladesh program.
