Perform cleaning, maintenance, and support tasks throughout the hotel to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties include moving furniture and mattresses, assisting room attendants, cleaning public and back-of-house areas, handling linens, replenishing supplies, trash removal, minor maintenance (light bulbs), pool cleaning, and delivering guest amenities as assigned.

Drive hotel revenue by soliciting and securing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, tracking pipelines, attending trade shows, and collaborating with the Director of Sales to meet targets across rooms, F&B, and event space.

Lead all physical operations and maintenance for the hotel. Supervise and develop engineering staff, run preventive maintenance programs, manage capital projects and vendors, ensure safety/compliance, control budgets, and coordinate with department heads to minimize guest disruption.
