Support quality systems and continuous improvement across manufacturing: lead root-cause investigations, DOE, FMEA, MSA, process auditing, validation and NPI support, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Leads root cause analysis, implements test/inspection programs, and supports NPI, source inspections, RMAs, and customer communications to meet regulatory and industry standards.

Manage and optimize servers, networks, virtualization, databases, and cloud services to ensure maximum uptime and security. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis, maintain system documentation and compliance, support ERP and manufacturing floor integrations, manage vendors, mentor junior admins, and drive infrastructure modernization and migrations.

Lead 2nd-shift extrusion operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity. Manage and train production staff, drive Lean continuous improvement, execute production schedules, recruit talent, and pursue process and cost improvements while upholding company values.

Support new product design and development from concept through production. Create detailed CAD drawings, BOMs, and specifications; document product data in PDM/ERP; perform feasibility research; initiate and process ECOs; collaborate with applications, program management, and sales; support manufacturability, tooling, testing, and production feedback.

Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team to design, optimize, and validate processes for connectors, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capacity and bottleneck analysis, equipment selection/validation, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals.

Manage and supervise assembly workforce and supervisors to improve quality, throughput, and production rates. Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, NPI transitions, staffing and capex decisions, ERP-driven scheduling, and ensure on-time, quality delivery while developing team capabilities.

Hands-on production lead overseeing a team of assemblers to meet schedules and quality (AS9100). Assigns workflow, mentors and certifies staff, enforces ITAR and safety, liaises with Quality/Engineering/Materials, leads daily huddles, drives Lean improvements, and may perform complex NPI or critical assemblies.

Lead and execute multi-site continuous improvement strategy using Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Standard Work) to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency. Manage CI project pipelines, coach teams, deliver training, deploy daily accountability, perform root-cause analysis, design factory layouts, create visual management and KPI dashboards, and quantify financial benefits.

Support pricing and quoting processes for custom engineered cables and assemblies. Analyze BOM costs, materials, labor, and overhead; build pricing inputs, generate pricing reports, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations. Participate in new product introductions and grow responsibility under Technical Manager mentorship.

Provide FP&A support to Engineering Cables division: develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts, prepare management reports, perform variance and commercial finance analysis, build quantitative models, monitor project performance, and drive process improvements using ERP/EPM tools and analytics to support strategic decisions.

Lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites, standardize processes and policies, ensure NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance, manage network, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity tools, mentor site IT Managers, oversee budgets, KPIs, projects, and vendor relationships to align IT with corporate objectives.
