Leads company-wide cost savings and strategic supply chain projects from planning through execution. Leads the full HR function for a manufacturing site, including high-volume recruiting, workforce planning, employee relations, California labor compliance, HR process improvement, performance management, compensation, workers’ compensation, and HR team leadership. Partners with plant and executive leaders on workforce strategy, production needs, labor costs, and organizational effectiveness while managing HR systems, staffing agencies, leave processes, and EHS-related workforce compliance.

Own the strategy, roadmap, pricing, and profitability of the Wire and Cable product portfolio. Drive sales growth, product development, and marketing initiatives while partnering with engineering, sales, marketing, and regional teams. Gather market and competitive intelligence, manage capacity plans and P&L targets, support new product introductions, and maintain quality documentation, audits, corrective actions, testing procedures, and delivery acceptance decisions.

Operate, program, setup and maintain CNC mills to produce small metal parts per drawings. Interpret GD&T, read/write basic G & M codes, use precision measuring tools, follow ISO/AS9100 quality systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate to improve processes, quality and on-time delivery.

Lead and mentor the design engineering team to ensure efficient production of connectors and cable assemblies. Oversee CAD design, process implementation, NPI, quality, DOE/statistical analysis, and ERP/MRP usage. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, manage projects and KPIs, support quoting/contract review, reduce RMA/CAR, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet safety, cost, yield, and on-time delivery goals.

Lead a quality control team to ensure aerospace product compliance with AS9100/ISO standards. Manage inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality metrics, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement across manufacturing. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve non-conformances and drive process improvements.

Manage all factory production departments to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Lead supervisors and staff, maintain AS9100/ISO9001/ITAR compliance, drive KPI communication, scheduling, inventory and yield improvements, and partner with supply chain, engineering, and sales to meet delivery and financial targets.

Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and results analysis. Build multi-year financial models, deliver executive reporting, establish KPIs and dashboards, support strategic planning and capital allocation, ensure consistent global financial reporting, and coach a high-performing FP&A team while partnering with C-suite leaders to drive margin expansion and operational improvements.

Provide application engineering support for bulk cable and cable assembly design, collaborating with sales, quality, production, and process engineering. Optimize extrusion and cabling processes, lead design reviews and development projects, manage ECNs, produce cost estimates, and ensure manufacturing transitions meet quality, safety, and timing goals.

Perform month-end close and GL entries, reconcile accounts, analyze inventory and AR, prepare cash reporting and tax support, and produce management financial reports while coordinating across finance teams and supporting site-level controls.

Support quality systems and continuous improvement across manufacturing: lead root-cause investigations, DOE, FMEA, MSA, process auditing, validation and NPI support, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Lead EHS and facilities for a manufacturing site: ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, run safety programs and training, manage incident investigations and hazardous waste, oversee facility maintenance and vendors, implement MMS, support emergency response and site security, and drive safety culture and KPI reporting.

Lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise Production Leads and Assemblers to meet on-time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost goals. Maintain hands-on floor presence, analyze KPIs, remove barriers, drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S), ensure AS9100 and ITAR compliance, and support NPIs, audits, and workforce development.

Lead and maintain the AS9100 QMS, manage corrective actions and MRB, conduct internal and customer audits, own AS9102 FAI, drive RCCA and continuous improvement, and serve as primary quality technical liaison to customers and engineering.

Lead the production support administrative team to manage workflows from PO receipt to shipment. Oversee order entry, contract review, job release, shipping coordination, customer portals, quality support, and cross-functional communication to ensure data accuracy and on-time delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. Analyze data, create ROI projections, build fixtures, update production lines, develop work instructions and timelines, run Kaizen events, mentor staff in Lean/5S/Six Sigma, and track KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap) across cross-functional teams.

Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team to design, optimize, and validate processes for connectors, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capacity and bottleneck analysis, equipment selection/validation, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals.

Hands-on leader on the manufacturing floor guiding assemblers to meet production schedules and AS9100 quality standards. Responsible for daily workflow assignment, frontline technical troubleshooting, training and certification, enforcing safety/ITAR compliance, liaising with Quality/Engineering/Materials, running stand-ups, and driving Lean continuous improvement. May perform complex assemblies on NPI or critical jobs.

Support pricing and quoting processes for custom engineered cables and assemblies. Analyze BOM costs, materials, labor, and overhead; build pricing inputs, generate pricing reports, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations. Participate in new product introductions and grow responsibility under Technical Manager mentorship.

Hands-on production lead overseeing a team of assemblers to meet schedules and quality (AS9100). Assigns workflow, mentors and certifies staff, enforces ITAR and safety, liaises with Quality/Engineering/Materials, leads daily huddles, drives Lean improvements, and may perform complex NPI or critical assemblies.
