Manage production schedules and material flow to minimize shortages and bottlenecks. Serve as the hands-on manufacturing engineering lead translating designs into production-ready processes. Design tools/fixtures, create work instructions, run NPI, lead DFM and Lean/Kaizen improvements, support quality RCCA, validate process times, train production staff, and maintain ERP process documentation.

Manage and supervise assembly workforce and supervisors to improve quality, throughput, and production rates. Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, NPI transitions, staffing and capex decisions, ERP-driven scheduling, and ensure on-time, quality delivery while developing team capabilities.

Lead and deliver company-wide cost savings and strategic supply chain projects. Develop project plans, partner with Finance to validate savings, drive cross-functional execution, redesign processes for efficiency, and provide executive-level reporting on risks and financial outcomes.

Hands-on production lead overseeing a team of assemblers to meet schedules and quality (AS9100). Assigns workflow, mentors and certifies staff, enforces ITAR and safety, liaises with Quality/Engineering/Materials, leads daily huddles, drives Lean improvements, and may perform complex NPI or critical assemblies.

Lead end-to-end new product development and commercialization projects, managing cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication. Implement stage-gate processes, facilitate design reviews and tollgates, and ensure timely delivery of technical and business milestones.

Manage procurement and materials activities to build a stable supplier base, optimize inventory, and meet production KPIs. Lead supplier evaluation/certification, negotiate pricing, enforce compliance with AS9100/ISO9001/ITAR, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with production, engineering, sales, and global suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end multisite supply chain operations including global procurement, demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier management, S&OP, KPIs (SQDCI), compliance (AS9100/ISO9001/ITAR), and continuous improvement to ensure material availability, cost control, and operational scalability.

Support pricing and quoting processes for custom engineered cables and assemblies. Analyze BOM costs, materials, labor, and overhead; build pricing inputs, generate pricing reports, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations. Participate in new product introductions and grow responsibility under Technical Manager mentorship.

Provide FP&A support to Engineering Cables division: develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts, prepare management reports, perform variance and commercial finance analysis, build quantitative models, monitor project performance, and drive process improvements using ERP/EPM tools and analytics to support strategic decisions.

Lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites, standardize processes and policies, ensure NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance, manage network, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity tools, mentor site IT Managers, oversee budgets, KPIs, projects, and vendor relationships to align IT with corporate objectives.

Lead coaxial cable design from research through production, serving as SME and project manager. Develop cable constructions, shielding, materials, connector attachments, and optimize electrical, mechanical, and environmental performance. Create drawings, BOMs, ECOs, test protocols, and support production/process improvements while liaising with applications, program management, and sales.

Lead design and standardization of a unified, high-availability global network across 20 manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include enterprise switching, SD-WAN/MPLS routing, Palo Alto firewall strategy and Panorama management, IT/OT segmentation, storage networking (NetApp, Pure, Dell), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), NAC administration, compliance with NIST 800-171/CMMC, and off-hours maintenance to minimize disruption.

Lead and maintain the AS9100 QMS, manage RCCA and CAR systems, run internal and customer audits, lead MRB and AS9102 FAI processes, support continuous improvement and customer-facing quality functions.

Lead continuous improvement and process optimization for bulk cable and cable assembly production. Support product launches, line balancing, ECNs, equipment upgrades, blueprint interpretation, and QMS document control. Collaborate across departments, mentor operators, apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
