Manage production schedules and material flow to minimize shortages and bottlenecks. Monitor orders, supply chain and inventory, create production schedules, support NPI builds, gather and present departmental metrics, and communicate across all levels to ensure on-time delivery and process improvement.

Lead 2nd-shift extrusion operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity. Manage and train production staff, drive Lean continuous improvement, execute production schedules, recruit talent, and pursue process and cost improvements while upholding company values.

Support new product design and development from concept through production. Create detailed CAD drawings, BOMs, and specifications; document product data in PDM/ERP; perform feasibility research; initiate and process ECOs; collaborate with applications, program management, and sales; support manufacturability, tooling, testing, and production feedback.
