Manage assigned customer accounts as primary contact to ensure satisfaction, oversee quoting/negotiation and order fulfillment, analyze customer financials, and collaborate internally to grow sales and margins.

Operate, program, setup and maintain CNC mills to produce small metal parts per drawings. Interpret GD&T, read/write basic G & M codes, use precision measuring tools, follow ISO/AS9100 quality systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate to improve processes, quality and on-time delivery.

Lead and mentor the design engineering team to ensure efficient production of connectors and cable assemblies. Oversee CAD design, process implementation, NPI, quality, DOE/statistical analysis, and ERP/MRP usage. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, manage projects and KPIs, support quoting/contract review, reduce RMA/CAR, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet safety, cost, yield, and on-time delivery goals.
