Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC milling centers to produce tight-tolerance components. Plan work from drawings and work orders, manage fixtures, tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds, and inspect parts using precision measuring tools. Maintain ISO and AS9100 quality standards, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, improve cycle times and costs, and follow safety procedures. The role requires machining stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium while collaborating with production and quality teams.
