The Interim Human Resources Manager leads HR operations during a multi-site transition, advising leadership on staffing, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and organizational strategy. Responsibilities include talent management, payroll and HR system administration, vendor coordination, employee engagement, culture development, and process and cost optimization. The role requires strong knowledge of California employment law, hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment, and readiness to relocate after the interim assignment.

Lead the finance and controllership function for a manufacturing facility, overseeing accounting close, reporting, standard costing, revenue recognition, inventory valuation, fixed assets, payroll, internal controls, SOX compliance, and government contract compliance. Build and mentor the accounting team, optimize systems and processes, develop forecasting analytics, and partner with leadership on profitability, cash flow, quoting, investments, cost controls, productivity, acquisitions, and financial due diligence.

Supports manufacturing engineering by maintaining ERP master data, creating and governing bills of materials, updating CAD drawings, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, authoring visual work instructions, and troubleshooting production issues on the shop floor. Collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Machine Shop teams to improve BOM accuracy, data integrity, production readiness, and process efficiency.
