Operates heavy equipment at waste management facilities to transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste or soil. Conducts equipment inspections, monitors waste for unacceptable materials, performs minor servicing, documents equipment conditions, reports repairs, follows safety procedures, and maintains clean, operational equipment and work areas.

Plan, implement, monitor, and upgrade cybersecurity controls protecting organizational data, systems, and networks. Manage vulnerability remediation, incident response, security audits, network troubleshooting, security policies, and safeguards across disparate environments. Maintain vulnerability and incident management processes, identify system weaknesses, coordinate with a managed security service provider, and communicate security activities across departments.

Perform manual sorting and picking of construction and demolition material on a processing line, support plant housekeeping (sweeping, shoveling, raking), follow safety procedures (PPE, lockout/tagout), attend safety briefings, work overtime as needed, and maintain positive, punctual team interactions in a fast-paced facility environment.

Prepares company invoices, bills, credit memorandums, and customer credit forms by compiling data from purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips, and customer websites. Enters billing information, calculates amounts due, posts complex transactions to accounting records, and may support or direct less experienced billing clerks. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years of billing experience, with a bachelor’s degree and four or more years preferred.

Supervise waste collection operations across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery services. Lead drivers and helpers, enforce safety and regulatory standards, coordinate equipment maintenance, resolve service issues, optimize routes, manage productivity and labor expenses, and support budget goals. The supervisor also develops employees, improves customer satisfaction, and fosters a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.

Manage the general ledger and financial reporting for assigned areas, including month-end and year-end closings. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid allocations, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze GL accounts per GAAP, support internal and external audits, collaborate with departments to improve transaction accuracy, and participate in financial meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Lead design, administration, and support of corporate, facilities, and cloud infrastructure. Manage user accounts, servers, backups, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, and projects. Troubleshoot network services, advise on upgrades and new technologies, mentor IT staff, document procedures, and participate in outage response and infrastructure improvements.

Manage and retain existing WIN Waste customers using consultative selling to meet sales and retention goals. Diffuse cancellation requests, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, quote pricing, and use sales tools. Maintain industry, company, and regulatory knowledge while fostering strong customer relationships and working with Sales Manager to resolve issues.

Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and combined financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, support audits, lead fixed asset counts, maintain internal controls, and provide guidance to finance staff.

Lead IT Business Engagement operations: manage demand intake, prioritization, project planning and delivery tracking; coach teams; maintain stakeholder relationships and vendor management; oversee budgets, capacity, documentation, testing readiness, and transition to support; identify process improvements and recruit/retain needed talent to sustain delivery performance.
