Manage and retain existing WIN Waste customers using consultative selling to meet sales goals. Reduce account losses, negotiate pricing, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, use sales tools (Salesforce, TRUX), and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Perform monthly financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis; support forecasting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling; monitor KPIs and performance; provide ad-hoc financial projects and cross-functional decision support.

Supervise post-collection operations at transfer station and MRF, including hiring, training, coaching, safety and regulatory compliance. Drive operational plans, productivity, labor and disposal cost management, customer relations, and community/government engagement to optimize service, profitability, and safety.

Provide contracts-focused legal support across the business: draft, negotiate, and review commercial, acquisition, divestiture, real estate, and services agreements; advise on risk; manage outside counsel; support corporate departments on legal matters and complex transactions.

Drive revenue by selling WIN Waste Innovations services to medium and large accounts using a consultative approach. Manage prospects and accounts in Salesforce, prepare complex proposals, recommend equipment and leasing options, use sales tools, collaborate with regional managers, and meet sales and activity goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Lead external affairs and community engagement for a waste-management company: manage CSR/philanthropy, stakeholder and legislative relationships, communications materials, event logistics, and narrative strategy. Monitor community sentiment, mobilize partners, and translate technical/regulatory topics for non-technical audiences. Travel 25-50% and work flexibly in response to legislative and media cycles.

Manage safe, efficient operation and maintenance of a waste-to-energy/incineration facility. Oversee maintenance activities, outages, preventive maintenance and lubrication programs, supervise staff, ensure compliance with company policies and safety/PPE requirements, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Perform hands-on sorting of construction and demolition material on a processing line and support plant housekeeping (sweeping, shoveling, raking, picking litter). Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, attend safety briefings, work overtime as needed, and collaborate with crew to maintain facility appearance and environmental compliance.

Manage the general ledger and financial reporting for assigned areas, including month-end and year-end closings. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid allocations, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze GL accounts per GAAP, support internal and external audits, collaborate with departments to improve transaction accuracy, and participate in financial meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Perform manual sorting and picking of construction and demolition material on the processing line, support plant housekeeping (sweeping, shoveling, raking), follow safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout), wear required PPE, attend safety briefings, work overtime as needed, lift up to 50 lbs and climb heights, and maintain punctual attendance and positive teamwork.
