Manage the general ledger and financial reporting for assigned areas, including month-end and year-end closings. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid allocations, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze GL accounts per GAAP, support internal and external audits, collaborate with departments to improve transaction accuracy, and participate in financial meetings and ad-hoc projects.

Manages and optimizes Salesforce CRM tools, maintains accurate customer and sales data, develops dashboards and reports, analyzes revenue trends, supports sales processes and tools, and trains end users. Collaborates with developers on business requirements and system enhancements while assisting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams with process improvement, data quality, and CRM adoption.

Lead design, administration, and support of corporate, facilities, and cloud infrastructure. Manage user accounts, servers, backups, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, and projects. Manage prospects and accounts, prepare complex proposals, use sales tools (Salesforce, TRUX), perform waste evaluations, collaborate with regional managers, and meet revenue and activity targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Manage and retain existing WIN Waste customers using consultative selling to meet sales and retention goals. Diffuse cancellation requests, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, quote pricing, and use sales tools. Maintain industry, company, and regulatory knowledge while fostering strong customer relationships and working with Sales Manager to resolve issues.

Manage safe, efficient operation and maintenance of a waste-to-energy/incineration facility. Oversee maintenance activities, outages, preventive maintenance and lubrication programs, supervise staff, ensure compliance with company policies and safety/PPE requirements, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and combined financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, support audits, lead fixed asset counts, maintain internal controls, and provide guidance to finance staff.

Supervise collections operations across commercial, residential, roll-off and container services. Oversee drivers and helpers, enforce safety and compliance, partner with maintenance, optimize routes and productivity, manage labor and expenses, resolve customer issues, and develop and coach team members to meet operational and budget goals.

Provide advanced administrative support to operations managers by coordinating daily operations, maintaining route and disposal data, reconciling invoices, preparing reports, assisting onboarding, troubleshooting service and safety issues, communicating with customers and staff, and supporting operational projects and financial tasks.

Meet retention and sales goals, diffuse cancellations, upsell/cross-sell, generate leads, prepare proposals, and use sales tools to improve customer service and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Drive new business and manage major accounts within an assigned territory. Generate leads through networking and cold calling, qualify prospects, present services, close deals, and report activity in Salesforce. Participate in industry events and maintain positive customer and team relationships.

Perform engineering design, development, and testing for waste-to-energy and power plant projects. Support project lifecycle from conceptual design, permitting, procurement, construction, start-up, and testing. Prepare calculations, estimates, drawings (AutoCAD/CAD), specifications, reports, and cost comparisons. Coordinate vendors, consultants, and operations; monitor budgets and schedules; troubleshoot plant issues and ensure compliance with permits and standards.
