Drive new business for commercial interiors by building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, attending field meetings and networking events, collaborating with marketing/sales to convert prospects, and shaping growth strategy while working independently and flexibly.

Lead installation projects from planning through completion for local and out-of-town jobs. Manage schedules, review floor plans, coordinate installers and manufacturers, maintain project records in CORE and PlanGrid, lead pre-install meetings, communicate with clients and building management, track punch lists, assess risks, and travel as needed.

Develop conceptual and schematic commercial interior designs, space plans, material and finish selections, and approval packages. Collaborate with account and project managers, advise on code and furniture selection, maintain project documentation, attend team meetings, and translate client feedback into revised design solutions.
