Develop conceptual and schematic commercial interior designs, space plans, material and finish selections, and approval packages. Collaborate with account and project managers, advise on code and furniture selection, maintain project documentation, attend team meetings, and translate client feedback into revised design solutions.

Drive new business by building relationships with architecture, design, and corporate real estate decision-makers. Generate leads through networking, outreach, and events, qualify opportunities, hand off to sales, and collaborate cross-functionally while tracking activity in CRM and staying current on industry trends.
