Manage accounting and financial reporting for Willow Wealth funds, review administrator-prepared statements, draft audited financials and footnotes, reconcile fees and intercompany items, oversee external administrators, improve controls and processes, support audits and tax filings, and respond to investor inquiries.

Contract website designer to translate marketing strategy into responsive, conversion-focused web pages and landing pages. Work in Figma component library, create developer-ready files, collaborate with product and creative teams, present designs, iterate from brief to handoff, and provide development support. Estimated 20–30 hours/week, remote US candidates welcome; East Coast hours preferred.

Build and maintain consumer web applications and internal tools using a TypeScript monorepo. Translate Figma designs into accessible, reusable React components, write unit tests, collaborate in an agile team, participate across the development lifecycle, and own features end-to-end from design through production monitoring.

Lead and operate the Cadre Python/Django investment platform: ensure uptime, security, incident response, mentor one engineer, and plan/execute migration of logic, data, and workflows to a Java/Spring/React platform while maintaining compliance and performance.

Lead customer lifecycle and segmentation strategy; build and execute multi-channel direct marketing (email, SMS, on-platform). Write high-conversion copy, run tests, track KPIs, optimize for acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV. Partner with Product, Data, CRM, and Compliance to deliver personalized, revenue-driving campaigns in a regulated financial context.

Own and improve the company data stack: expand the data warehouse, build and streamline Python-based ingestion and ETL processes, refactor dbt models, maintain data quality, standardize reporting, and collaborate with engineering and analysts. Act as technical owner for parts of the stack and proactively drive improvements and automation.
