Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy from signup through investment and long-term retention. Manage email, push, in-app, SMS, and on-platform messaging; define segmentation, triggers, personalization, campaign calendars, and automation. Lead product and offering launches, conversion and reactivation programs, testing, and performance measurement. Collaborate with CRM Operations, Strategy, Content, Design, Product, Data, and Compliance to deliver coordinated investor communications.

Support sourcing, underwriting, diligence, selection, and monitoring of private market opportunities across real estate debt, private credit, co-investments, and third-party funds. Prepare Investment Committee materials, build financial models and decks, synthesize market research from third-party data providers, and streamline analyst workflows using AI-assisted tools and automation.

Supports forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI and cost reporting, monthly budget-to-actual analysis, and executive and Board communications. Partners cross-functionally to provide financial insights and supports corporate development, capital markets, fundraising, M&A, and warehouse financing initiatives. Uses data analytics and AI to improve financial reporting and forecasting systems.

Manage accounting and financial reporting for Willow Wealth funds, review administrator-prepared statements, draft audited financials and footnotes, reconcile fees and intercompany items, oversee external administrators, improve controls and processes, support audits and tax filings, and respond to investor inquiries.

Own and improve the company data stack: expand the data warehouse, build and streamline Python-based ingestion and ETL processes, refactor dbt models, maintain data quality, standardize reporting, and collaborate with engineering and analysts. Act as technical owner for parts of the stack and proactively drive improvements and automation.
