Leads the Investor Services team supporting investors across onboarding, account servicing, portfolio support, and broker-dealer operations. Oversees service delivery, escalations, compliance coordination, CRM and servicing platforms, reporting, vendor relationships, and investor data integrity. Develops team members, represents the investor perspective in cross-functional initiatives, and builds measurement frameworks connecting servicing activity to marketing, retention, engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Leads Willow Wealth’s private credit and specialty finance investment strategy. Responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting direct investments, structuring transactions, managing investment committee processes, overseeing portfolio construction and deal allocation, and managing sub-advisory relationships. The role also develops manager relationships, represents the firm externally, supports investor education, and partners with executive leadership to align investment outcomes with company and investor goals.

Supports broad HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, performance and compensation processes, compliance, policy development, office management, and employee events. Partners with Finance, IT, recruiting, vendors, and legal counsel to improve people processes and employee experience. The role requires a hands-on HR generalist with strong organization, emotional intelligence, process orientation, and startup adaptability.
