Own and improve the company data stack: expand the data warehouse, build and streamline Python-based ingestion and ETL processes, refactor dbt models, maintain data quality, standardize reporting, and collaborate with engineering and analysts. Act as technical owner for parts of the stack and proactively drive improvements and automation.

Serve as primary contact for high-net-worth clients, answering portfolio and platform questions, explaining performance and reporting, and coordinating with investment, product, operations and sales teams to improve client experience, capture feedback, and identify sales opportunities.

Support the Chief Compliance Officer overseeing SEC-registered adviser and related FINRA broker-dealer. Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance, manage Code of Ethics and certification processes, track OBA/securities accounts/trading restrictions, assist with regulatory filings and broker-dealer licensing, deliver compliance training, maintain books and records, and help respond to regulatory inquiries and exams.
