Lead lifecycle acquisition and retention marketing programs across the customer journey, from strategy and segmentation through campaign execution, testing, QA, and reporting. Manage automated journeys, A/B testing roadmaps, customer journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. Analyze campaign performance, communicate insights and ROI to stakeholders, and optimize engagement and revenue through behavior-driven communications.

Lead the HR function across operations, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, engagement, recruiting partnership, and team leadership. Advise founders and the COO on organization design, personnel matters, and people risk while building scalable HR practices for a global workforce.

Own Marketing project intake, scoping, execution, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination. Architect project management systems, workflows, automations, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting. Lead AI and agentic workflow adoption, resource prioritization, operational infrastructure, product launches, and go-to-market coordination across Marketing teams. Improve data visibility, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and execution speed in a fast-moving, distributed startup environment.
