Own Marketing project intake, scoping, execution, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination. Architect project management systems, workflows, automations, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting. Lead AI and agentic workflow adoption, resource prioritization, operational infrastructure, product launches, and go-to-market coordination across Marketing teams. Improve data visibility, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and execution speed in a fast-moving, distributed startup environment.

Edit and produce paid social ads across formats, create motion graphics in After Effects, integrate AI tools to accelerate production, adapt assets for multiple aspect ratios, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Lead and implement cross-functional operational projects, design and document scalable SOPs and workflows, build ClickUp automations, develop dashboards and reporting, manage knowledge and onboarding documentation, partner with department leaders, and support vendor onboarding and high-priority strategic initiatives.

Manage cross-functional growth initiatives from planning through delivery. Create and maintain project plans, track dependencies and risks, coordinate teams and vendors, run stand-ups and status updates, and translate high-level goals into actionable launch-ready plans.

Lead brand, print, and digital design across packaging, marketing, and web. Produce production-ready print assets, marketing visuals, and support landing page design. Prototype concepts, collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendor/print production, and maintain consistent brand expression.
