Create high-quality, FIA-legal 3D surfacing models from early aerodynamic concepts for wind tunnel and full-scale use. Collaborate with aerodynamicists, model and composite designers, support compliance reviews, improve surfacing workflows, and accelerate aero development through robust, fast geometry delivery.

Set up and operate Fanuc lathes and turn-mill machines to produce high-accuracy components. Inspect first-offs, collaborate with toolpath programmers, record shop floor data, hand over between shifts, and suggest process improvements to minimize lead times.
