Balance performance objectives with FIA regulations, cost-cap constraints, manufacturing requirements, and race schedules. Provide technical leadership, coach engineers, make evidence-based development decisions, and lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and integrate Formula 1 power unit components and structures from concept through detailed design, testing, and production. Responsibilities include developing mounting, cooling, exhaust, fuel, and energy-store systems; performing structural, thermal, and functional calculations; managing mechanical and system interfaces; troubleshooting dyno and track faults; and collaborating with suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Supports partner content campaigns from brief interpretation through production, activation, delivery, and reporting. Coordinates partner managers, content, production, and commercial teams; tracks contractual deliverables, milestones, schedules, risks, and campaign performance. Helps develop creative concepts, partner presentations, recap reports, and race-weekend content while maintaining brand, production, health, safety, and contractual standards.

Leads the Design Quality team for Vehicle Engineering, improving design methodologies, processes, governance, tools, and documentation. Owns process mapping, quality, productivity, delivery, and team development while collaborating across Manufacturing, Quality, Parts, Logistics, Finance, and the Race Team. The role requires strong design quality expertise, engineering process ownership, strategic project leadership, stakeholder influence, and knowledge of car design and concept-to-track delivery.

Ensures externally sourced metallic, composite, electronic, and machined components meet stringent F1 quality standards. Responsibilities include supplier audits, QMS and SOP development, APQP/PPAP validation, control plans, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier development, quality metrics, and rapid issue resolution. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and race teams, requiring expertise in drawings, GD&T, materials, quality methodologies, and supplier auditing.

Operate, maintain, and execute Williams F1’s full-motion Driver-in-the-Loop simulator for non-F1 programs. Plan and lead sessions, configure vehicle and track models, manage hardware and software, maintain the facility, minimize downtime, and coordinate the simulator calendar. The role requires simulator experience, motorsport or high-performance exposure, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, telemetry and data acquisition knowledge, strong documentation, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with drivers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders.

Owns complete composite and vehicle component engineering projects from concept through detailed design, build, testing, and fault resolution. Creates lightweight, structurally efficient designs; performs calculations; collaborates across engineering, production, R&D, and suppliers; prepares technical documentation; supports drawing and assembly checks; leads investigations; mentors students; and drives continuous design improvement.

Leads Williams F1 Team’s digital creative direction across its website, app, campaigns, email, and race activations. Owns digital quality, brand integration, performance creative, design systems, and motion principles. Manages and develops the digital design team, oversees external partners, establishes creative processes, and drives scalable, data-informed design improvements. Partners closely with creative, social, brand, and performance teams to strengthen fan engagement and digital brand expression.

Design digital experiences and performance creative across the Williams F1 website, app, campaigns, paid media, and fan activations. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, campaign assets, and scalable design systems. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, growth, media, and analytics teams to deliver and optimize work through testing and performance insights. Lead creative for major race moments while maintaining brand consistency and managing multiple fast-turnaround briefs.

Designs, builds, and operates Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS, hybrid-cloud, on-premises, factory edge, and trackside environments. Develops infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, platform automation, and self-service developer tooling. Supports reliability engineering, SLOs, incident response, root cause analysis, security, compliance, documentation, and coaching.
