Lead specification and system-level design of electrical and electronic systems for car, dyno and simulator. Define requirements, design architectures, integrate components, test and troubleshoot on-site and at track, and drive performance, reliability and cost improvements throughout the systems lifecycle.

Build and validate 1D physics-based simulations (suspension or fuel/hydraulics/transmission), correlate models with test and track data, evaluate design concepts, and drive performance and reliability decisions in collaboration with powertrain, performance optimisation, and design teams.

Build and maintain shared developer tooling and platform infrastructure to improve developer experience across the organisation. Standardise CI/CD, containerisation, observability, and cloud-native practices; create shared libraries, CLIs and integrations (including AI-assisted workflows); map and modernise the software estate; embed with squads, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers to accelerate delivery.
