Owns complete composite and vehicle component engineering projects from concept through detailed design, build, testing, and fault resolution. Creates lightweight, structurally efficient designs; performs calculations; collaborates across engineering, production, R&D, and suppliers; prepares technical documentation; supports drawing and assembly checks; leads investigations; mentors students; and drives continuous design improvement.

Manage end-to-end hospitality and guest management programmes for Formula 1 races, including partner planning, travel logistics, accommodation, dining, events, supplier coordination, budgets, and on-site delivery. Serve as the primary partner contact, oversee premium guest experiences, resolve issues, maintain accurate itineraries, and collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

Lead a team of 3–5 engineers building high-performance software for Formula 1 aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, and vehicle performance. Own technical direction, architecture, delivery, code quality, mentoring, and technical risk management. Develop across real-time data systems, simulations, analysis tools, desktop and web applications, backend services, and cloud-native platforms while partnering closely with performance-focused stakeholders.
