Monitors and supports hospital network, information security, desktop hardware and software, and EMR systems. Troubleshoots equipment, system, and user issues; operates PBX and ticketing systems; documents problems; supports information systems policies and projects; and maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration across departments, effective communication, occasional physical activity, and rotating nights, weekends, and on-call coverage.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the hospitals entire revenue cycle including patient access, billing, coding, claims/denials management, AR, payer relations, technology optimization, compliance, and staff development to maximize collections and ensure regulatory compliance.

Oversee cardiology clinic operations including staff hiring, scheduling, evaluations and corrective actions; manage supplies, equipment, billing/deposits, records, compliance with state and CMS regulations, CQI activities, and patient/physician relations.
