Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the hospitals entire revenue cycle including patient access, billing, coding, claims/denials management, AR, payer relations, technology optimization, compliance, and staff development to maximize collections and ensure regulatory compliance.

CFO leads hospital financial strategy and operations, overseeing finance, billing, HIM, and related departments. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, revenue optimization, audits, and collaboration with senior leadership and the Board to align financial plans with organizational goals.

Oversee cardiology clinic operations including staff hiring, scheduling, evaluations and corrective actions; manage supplies, equipment, billing/deposits, records, compliance with state and CMS regulations, CQI activities, and patient/physician relations.
