Serve as the highest technical escalation in the NOC for complex incidents and major outages. Lead and deliver large, multi-site IT and telecom projects from initiation to close. Manage and mentor project managers, coordinate stakeholders, track costs and SLAs, improve processes, ensure documentation and quality, and maintain customer relationships with regular UK client visits.
