The Senior Relationship Manager will engage with defence business customers, manage service performance, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service through various internal collaborations.

Hunt for and close new public sector and defence accounts, build senior relationships, develop strategies and proposals, manage complex bids and pipelines, identify partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to grow managed services and customer satisfaction.

This role involves designing and enhancing Zabbix monitoring platforms, implementing service-aware monitoring, tuning alerting, and integrating with various data sources, while working closely with NOC and engineering teams.
