Serve as a strategic HR partner for the Long Island/New York region, advising managers on employee relations, performance management, investigations, union negotiations/grievances, recruitment, training, safety initiatives, and compliance. Coach leaders, support workforce planning and talent development, manage HRIS records, represent the company at hearings, and drive employee engagement and change initiatives.

Administer employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, state leave, disability, ADA, COBRA, ACA), serve as primary contact for employees and managers, coordinate with vendors and payroll, maintain HRIS data integrity, support open enrollment and billing reconciliation, ensure compliance, and provide HR operations support and reporting.

Lead and perform daily kitchen operations in a residential corrections setting. Supervise and train staff, open/close kitchen, manage food prep, orders, government commodities, sanitation, audits, and customer feedback. Hands-on role (about 90% of shift) with physical demands, compliance with background checks, and emphasis on reliable, routine-based meal service and team leadership.

Perform and enforce GMPs and SSOPs, conduct sanitation pre-op inspections, assist QA Inspectors and production startups, perform product/environmental sampling, maintain HACCP and non-conformance records, train/schedule QA staff, and support corrective actions and reporting in a food manufacturing environment.

Manage and execute weekly multi-state payroll for 6,000+ employees, ensure compliance, run audits and reports, handle garnishments and payroll accounting in Great Plains, support acquisitions and payroll projects, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead and administer workplace safety programs across culinary centers, distribution depots, corporate offices and 1300+ on-site kitchens. Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, training, and safety reporting. Drive compliance with OSHA and company standards, support injured employees and workers' compensation processes, partner with site leadership on corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives with regular travel to sites.

Provide day-to-day HR support across onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. Own end-to-end onboarding, manage recruiting for assigned roles, advise managers on performance and investigations, support training/compliance and safety initiatives, maintain HRIS/ATS records, and deliver HR metrics and projects to improve employee experience across multi-site operations.

Provide and stage products from warehouses to pack rooms to keep production lines filled and operational. Verify lot codes, quantities, and product condition, complete paperwork, maintain clean/sanitary work areas, follow safety and company policies, and perform basic machine and measurement tasks.
